Rhea Horton, PhD is originally from the Chicagoland area and is an alumna of Loyola University Chicago with a BS in Psychology and Business minor. She moved to Texas to pursue her MA and PhD in Counseling Psychology with a Diversity major and Business minor from Texas Woman's University.

She brings over 10 years of Talent and Career Development experience in the Tech, Consulting and Higher Education industries and now supports DE&I initiatives at Credera - a global boutique consulting firm focused on strategy, transformation, data and technology. In her spare time, Rhea enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, visiting White Rock Lake, traveling when she can and is a self-proclaimed vegan foodie.
